I've watched this video before I became a father and now that my daughter is six years old, it is more relevant today than ever. As my daughter is already in the first grade especially during this pandemic, as a father I'm now more motivated to change the world around her so that she may learn the things that are more relevant now more than ever.
I recently opened a Yoga Studio/Kendo Dojo with my business partners and I have to say this is the best location to help not only my daughter but the next generation to be equipped with education about the body, breath and their mind.
