So far I've only been here once, and I've felt the benefits of that visit right away. To be honest, I didn't know what to expect or how it would go. I'm so used to every chiropractor, physical therapist, doctor, etc always give me this long schedule ... and I'm expected to come for days, weeks and months while dishing out a coughload of money. So when Dr. Kim just ended my session I was surprised that was it. Like, what? It's over? But I could breathe better right away, and I was standing taller. As the weeks pass, I'm noticing more improvements and it still surprises me that one session made such a huge difference in my quality of life. I'd also like to add that in my case (and in many situations) treatment alone doesn't help. If you want to really feel a difference then it's necessary to also include physical activity that aligns with your needs. I take Dr. Kim's posture course (at ki body and spirit in great neck, another excellent spot). That class has helped me help myself. And then acupuncture here helped fill in the gaps that my efforts weren't able to cover. I 100% recommend this place to everyone. I visited this facility for a laser-like lipo treatment and whole body vibration sessions. Tae was thorough in explaining the treatment and also made nutrient recommendations based on my desired results. This was to jumpstart my journey to just losin... g my “muffin top” (not weight). In just a few sessions, I can say that I do look a little slimmer around the torso, and he also proved it with measurements in the first session.
